Order Processing and Shipping
The general order processing time is approximately 48 business hours from the confirmation of payment. Once this process is completed, your package will be shipped and will arrive within the estimated times, according to the shipping option selected during the purchase. In the event of a stock shortage, we will immediately request the necessary products from our distributor so that we can complete the shipment as soon as possible. We know that everything is proceeding normally and that we have received the status of your order, and we are happy to assist you. However, we have noticed that some customers overuse emails solely to check the shipping date of their order. For this reason, we ask that you avoid unnecessary emails, as this may slow down our response times and delay the processing of other orders. We remind you that you can check the status of your order at any time directly from our website, where the information is updated in real time.
Prevention policy
When you purchase a pre-order item, it is ordered directly from the distributor and, in many cases, purchased exclusively for you as a customer. For this reason, once you have placed a pre-order, your purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please take this policy into account before confirming your order. We recommend that you carefully review the product description, images and details and ensure that it meets your expectations before placing a pre-order.
Devoluciones
You have the right to request a return of a product within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
Returns will only be accepted for unopened products, in their original condition, and with no signs of use or tampering.
Rejected or Undelivered Orders
If an order is rejected upon delivery, not picked up at the pickup point, or not sent by the customer in the case of a return, a €7.90 deduction will be applied to the refund amount.
